Sleep is really really important
I used to think I'll sleep when I'm dead. That becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Why does sleep matter?
When I was younger I definitely burned the candle at both ends. Hunched over a laptop until the wee hours, working on code or design late at night. To what end?

Above all else, Ange gets a great nights sleep and doesn't have to take a doona in to the bathtub and sleep like she did on a pre-CPAP trip. Oh and we don't need separate bedrooms which is even better ;)
